Spot: from an industrial test site to a refinery

bp tested Spot at the TEEX simulated production facility and then during a week-long mobility trial at Whiting refinery. The record covers gravel, ramps, narrow passages and grated platforms, including perception issues on grated stairs and subsequent improvements.

Test conditions and scope

The field trial primarily examined mobility. Gauge reading, leak monitoring and digital twins were proposed as subsequent applications.
